Horseshoe Nail Jewelry

Pendants, Chokers, Earrings and Crosses

Most of these pieces are named after those who have played into the artist's life, either as friends or family members, and, when faced with the task of describing them for this site, they each began to take on the persona of their respective namesakes. Along with that came the realization that each piece actually is rather like a person: unique in its own way. Since they are crafted by hand no two pieces, even of the same design, will be identical to any other. The same two nails do not conform to the artist's hand and tool in exactly the same manner. Even each handmade bead will vary in shape, texture and color.

An observer of life once said, "The pessimist complains about the wind. The optimist expects it to change. The realist adjusts the sails…" And thus, life's journey really is more about the choices that we make than the course itself. If a particular piece strikes a chord with you but the bead is not exactly the right color or a sterling silver wire is more to your liking than the featured leather cord in the photo, please remain optimistic and expect us to make the proper adjustments for you. It can be the start of a beautiful thing …

The hard-sell.
